We meet every Saturday morning at 7am at Carderrock in Great Falls Park, VA. We typically are done by 9:30am at the park and then go to Panera in Tyson's area for those that want to chat more.
Just show up with running shoes.
It varies depending on individuals and their goals., usually people are running between 5 to 10 miles. We meet up after the run in the parking area to have refreshments and catch up.
Just come out when you can and you will see others on the trail.
No.
It depends on the day and time you come, but if the area that we typically meet is full there are other parking areas (2 additional) further down.
Yes, there are bathrooms where we meet and there are others along the path.
